All items will be dispatched the following day once your order is received.
North Island (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.
North Island (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping is FREE within the North Island for all orders over $39.
For orders under $39, shipping within the North Island will be charged a flat-rate of $5.
For rural delivery there is an additional shipping cost of $6.00 on all orders.
We currently are unable to ship to any South Island addresses, however we will be adding this option in very soon.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we guarantee that all items purchased from us are shipped in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we have not been contacted within 24 hours of delivery, it will be deemed that the bag was received in good condition and not damaged in any way.
Once you have contacted us, we will arrange pickup of the damaged bag and redelivery of a new bag,
We cannot refund open bags of food or treats of any kind.
Sometimes your pet just doesn't like the new food you have purchased for them. Maybe it causes them to have an upset tummy, or they simply turn their nose up to it.
Some food manufacturers provide a 100% money back guarantee for these situations. We will happily refund you the price of the food, but it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending back the unused portion of the food. We need this to allow us to get the credit for the food from the manufacturer.
