SHIPPING 

We offer nationwide shipping options to suit all of NZ, including rural delivery.

Shipping costs are provided at the checkout and varies depending on the delivery address.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All items will be dispatched the following day once your order is received, subject to the product being in stock in our warehouse. 

If we don’t have the product in stock we will notify you within 12 hours from when you placed your order with an updated dispatch date - normally an additional 1-2 working days. 

North Island (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

North Island (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we guarantee that all items purchased from us are shipped in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email sharp.pets@xtra.co.nz. 

If we have not been contacted within 24 hours of delivery, it will be deemed that the bag was received in good condition and not damaged in any way.

Once you have contacted us, we will arrange pickup of the damaged bag and redelivery of a new bag,

We cannot refund open bags of food or treats of any kind.
